POSITION:          Commodity Warehouse Driver

 

REPORTS TO:       Director of Child Nutrition Services

 

SALARY:    (GRADE 56:  $2,785.12 Monthly – Starting Salary)

 

DEADLINE DATE FOR RECEIVING APPLICATIONS:       January 3, 2025

 

GENERAL DUTIES:

 

• Ability to transport food, equipment and supplies to and from schools.
• Ability to maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner.
• Ability to maintain freezers, refrigerators and warehouse cooling systems in proper working order.
• Ability to maintain an accurate up-to-date record of deliveries and consignments to and from schools.
• Ability to assist in maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to assist with other duties as assigned by the Child Nutrition Director.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• A high school diploma.
• A North Carolina Commercial Driver’s License is required.
